AI Strategy
A sequenced roadmap that tells your board what happens in quarter one, quarter two and quarter four — and what it returns.
Strategy work fails when it produces a slide deck of possibilities. Ours produces a queue. Each candidate use case is scored on value at stake, data availability, change burden and regulatory exposure, then placed in a delivery sequence with an owner, a budget envelope and an adoption metric. The result is a document your operations leaders can execute without a consultant in the room.

FAQ
How long does an AI strategy engagement take?
Four to eight weeks for a mid-market organization, depending on how many functions are in scope and how available the process owners are for interviews.
What does an AI roadmap actually contain?
A prioritized use-case queue, a phase-by-phase delivery sequence, the data and integration work each phase requires, governance controls, budget envelopes and the metrics that will be used to declare each phase successful.
Can strategy and implementation be separated?
They can, and clients frequently take our roadmap to an internal team. We are equally willing to deliver it, which keeps the strategy honest — we have to build what we recommend.
How do you measure whether the strategy worked?
Every phase carries a baseline captured before delivery — cycle time, cost per file, conversion rate or error rate — and is reviewed against that baseline at the end of the phase.
AI Consulting
Independent consultants who assess where artificial intelligence produces margin, and where it produces noise.
Digital Transformation
Transformation measured in cycle time and cost per file, not in the number of platforms purchased.
AI Adoption
The difference between a licence count and a capability is a programme, not an announcement.
