Digital Transformation
Transformation measured in cycle time and cost per file, not in the number of platforms purchased.
Transformation programs collapse under their own vocabulary. We keep ours concrete: a current-state operating model, a target model, the gap expressed as a small number of sequenced initiatives, and a change plan that names who has to work differently. Each initiative must pay for the next one, which prevents the multi-year program that never produces a result.

FAQ
What does digital transformation mean in practice?
Changing how work moves through the organization, supported by technology — not replacing software. If the process diagram looks the same after the project, no transformation happened.
How long do these programs run?
We sequence in ninety-day phases. A full program may span eighteen months, but each phase produces an operational result on its own.
How do you manage resistance from staff?
By involving the people who do the work in the design, and by removing something painful in the first phase so the program earns credibility before it asks for effort.
Is AI required for transformation?
No. A meaningful share of the value in our programs comes from integration, process design and reporting discipline; AI is applied where interpretation is the bottleneck.
AI Strategy
A sequenced roadmap that tells your board what happens in quarter one, quarter two and quarter four — and what it returns.
Business Process Optimization
Before automating a process, it is worth confirming the process should exist at all.
Business Automation
Automation that removes handoffs and rekeying — the two places where mid-market margin actually leaks.
