Microsoft Copilot Training
Copilot surfaces everything a user can already access — which is why permissions come before training.
The most common Copilot problem is not capability, it is oversharing: a decade of loosely permissioned SharePoint suddenly becomes searchable in natural language. We review permissions and sensitivity labelling first, then run role-based training that focuses on the handful of tasks where Copilot genuinely saves time.

FAQ
Do we need to fix SharePoint first?
At minimum review the most sensitive sites. Copilot does not create new access, but it makes existing over-permissioning immediately visible.
Is Copilot worth the licence cost?
For heavy document and meeting roles, frequently yes. For occasional users it is often not, which is why we measure before expanding.
Can you train in French?
Yes, with French prompt patterns rather than translated English examples.
