Business Process Automation Consulting

Business process automation built on a costed process audit — so the ROI is defended before the build begins.

Business process automation fails most often for a commercial reason rather than a technical one: the programme is scoped as a platform purchase instead of a series of costed processes. Our approach inverts that. We inventory the organisation's repeatable processes, attach a real cost to each — labour hours, rework, delay, error exposure — and rank them by the return automation would produce. Only the top of that list is built first. Each process is delivered as its own phase with its own measurement, so the executive sponsor can stop, continue or redirect after every phase rather than committing to a multi-year rollout on faith. Governance is part of the delivery: audit trails on automated decisions, defined ownership after handover, and a documented target process that keeps its value even if the tooling changes later.

FAQ

What is business process automation consulting?

It is advisory and delivery work that audits an organisation's repeatable processes, quantifies the cost of each, and automates them in ranked order with measured results at every phase.

How is BPA different from AI automation?

BPA covers the whole process, most of which is deterministic — routing, records, approvals. AI is used only for the steps that require language or judgement. Good programmes use both and are honest about which is which.

What size of company is this for?

Organisations of roughly 10 to 500 employees, where a handful of processes carry most of the manual load and there is no internal automation team.

What happens after the programme ends?

Your team receives the documented target processes, the runbooks and the measurement dashboards. Ongoing support is optional, never structural.
