AI Workshops
A single facilitated day that converts opinion into a shortlist your team already agrees on.
The workshop format exists for organizations that are not ready to commission a full strategy but are tired of circular discussion. We facilitate department leaders through workflow mapping, friction scoring and a live feasibility filter, then close the day with a costed shortlist. Roughly half of our workshop clients proceed to a delivery phase; the other half leave with enough clarity to do it themselves.

FAQ
Who should attend an AI workshop?
The people who own the processes: operations, sales, service and finance leads, plus one executive sponsor. Eight to fourteen participants is the productive range.
Is a workshop enough to start?
For a first automation or assistant, usually yes. For anything touching regulated data or core systems, the workshop should be followed by a scoped assessment.
Do you run workshops in French?
Yes, and bilingual rooms are common in Montreal and Ottawa — facilitation switches language as the discussion requires.
What do we receive afterwards?
A written summary with the shortlist, effort and cost ranges, the data dependencies for each item, and the decision each owner needs to make next.
AI Training

AI Strategy

Business Process Optimization
Before automating a process, it is worth confirming the process should exist at all.
