CRM Migration
A cutover your sales team does not notice, and a reconciliation report finance can sign.
Migration risk is mostly historical: activity records, attachments, custom fields and the associations between them. We map before we move, deduplicate against defined survivorship rules, run a full trial load into a sandbox, and only then schedule cutover with a rollback window. The legacy system stays readable until reconciliation is signed off.

FAQ
How long is the downtime?
Usually a weekend or less for mid-market volumes; the trial load determines the real number before we commit to a date.
Can we keep the old system?
We recommend read-only access for at least a quarter, then decommission once reconciliation and reporting are confirmed.
What about duplicates already in the data?
Migration is the right moment to resolve them, using survivorship rules you approve rather than automated guesswork.
Data Cleanup
Cleaning the data once is a project. Keeping it clean is a configuration.
